Listening Post
Hopefully, youve had a chance to
browse through and become acquainted with Canadian Valleys
new, expanded website. We redesigned the site to give
you some background about who we are and what we stand
for, to provide information about our products and services,
and to demonstrate support for our community. Simply
put, our goal is to serve all your communications
needs. In addition to providing advanced telecom services,
and responding to your requests promptly, that means
actively listening to questions and concerns
that you voice. In conjunction with making the CVTC
website a valuable resource and a connection point with
customers, we wanted to come up with another way to
communicate with you about important issues. So, as
part of our new site, weve created Listening
Post.
We intend to use Listening Post
to provide information and offer our opinion
about telecom news, issues, and developments,
and specifically, how they may affect you. We feel that
establishing a venue to keep you up-to-date on information
that affects your service, and consequently your lifestyle,
will further help us to meet your needs.
Despite all that telecom promises
enhanced communications, access to information, convenience,
reliability, entertainment
in short, an improved
quality of life we know that the services you
depend on, local, long-distance, Internet, wireless,
cable TV, and so on, are far from simple.
